ServSafe® Food Handler Training & Certification

Food Handlers can earn the ServSafe® Food Handler’s Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Our ServSafe® program provides food safety training, educational materials, and exams.
The training session incorporates the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience. All content is based on actual job tasks identified by food service industry experts.
In order to become certified, one must pass the exam with a score of 70% or better.
The ServSafe® certification is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue in the state of California ONLY.
The Food Handler Training does not qualify in the counties of Riverside and San Bernardino. These counties have their own local food handler programs.
